摘要
PET瓶封装缺陷直接影响食品安全,对高速生产过程中的PET瓶封装质量进行自动化在线检测可以有效地检测出缺陷品,保证产品质量。文章设计了一套完整的基于机器视觉的PET瓶封装质量检测系统,使用3个相机从不同角度拍照,然后通过匹配定位、边缘提取、对比检测等算法,实现了PET瓶瓶盖的缺陷检测。对2000瓶PET瓶进行检测试验,系统检测速度能够达到67 ms/帧,检测误报率低于0.4%。试验结果说明设计的检测系统能够检测高速生产线中的PET瓶封装质量。
The defect of PET bottles directly affects food security. Therefore,it is necessary to automatically inspect the encapsulating quality of PET bottles online in the course of high-speed production to ensure product quality. Designed an integral inspection system of PET bottles encapsulating quality based on machine vision. Specifically,it uses three cameras to take pictures from different positions. Then it realizes the defect inspection on PET bottle caps with matching localization,edge extraction and contrast detection as well as other algorithms. 2000 bottles of PET were tested. The system can achieve the efficiency of67 ms/fram and its detection false alarm rate is lower than 0.4%.According to the test,it is proved that the inspection system can inspect the encapsulating quality of PET bottles in high-speed lines.
