武汉地区二化螟水稻种群和茭白种群越冬代发生时间的比较研究 被引量:2

摘要 二化螟是水稻和茭白上的重要害虫,明确其越冬代的田间发生时间,对于准确的进行预测预报具有重要的意义。本研究以武汉地区二化螟水稻种群与茭白种群为材料,通过采集水稻田与茭白田越冬幼虫,观察自然条件下其化蛹及羽化时间来明确两种群越冬代田间发生时间。结果表明:武汉地区二化螟茭白种群越冬代化蛹时间和羽化时间显著早于水稻种群,茭白种群第二个化蛹高峰和羽化高峰分别与水稻种群化蛹高峰和第一个羽化高峰重叠。研究结果为明确武汉地区二化螟水稻种群和茭白种群越冬代发生时间的差异提供了直接证据。 The striped stem borer Chilo suppressalis Walker is an important pest in the agriculture production. To ascertain the emergence time of the overwintering generation of this pest is very important to the accurate forecast of the occurring pattern in the field. This research is aim to investigate into the emergence time of the overwintering generation of rice race and water-oat race of striped stem borer in Wuhan by recording its pupation and eclosion time. The results showed that the pupation and eclosion time of water-oat race was significantly earlier than that of rice race. The second peak of the pupation and eclosion time of water-oat race overlapped with the first peak of rice race. Our results demonstrated the difference in emergence time between rice race and water-oat race of Chilo suppressalis in Wuhan.
