摘要
采用琼脂保湿浸叶法和药膜法进行室内毒力测定评价呋虫胺对烟粉虱卵、若虫和成虫的防治效果。结果表明:呋虫胺对烟粉虱卵、若虫和成虫LC50分别为10.55、24.68、75.91 mg/L;而对照药剂吡虫啉对烟粉虱卵、若虫和成虫LC50分别为25.77、56.07、111.83 mg/L,呋虫胺对烟粉虱各个虫龄的杀虫活性均优于吡虫啉,并且呋虫胺对卵和若虫有较高的杀灭活性,因此适合在烟粉虱发生初期使用,有利于控制烟粉虱种群扩大、减少药剂使用量。
The objective of this study is to test the toxicity of dinotefuran against the eggs, nymphs and adults of Bemisia tabaci by using leaf-dipping method and residual films bioassay. The results indicated that the LC50 values of dinotefuran against the eggs, nymphs and adults of B.tabaci were 10.55, 24.68, 75.91 mg/L, respectively. And the LC50 values of imidacloprid were 25.77, 56.07, 111.83 mg/L, respectively. The bioactivity of dinotefuran was better than that of imidacloprid, and dinotefuran had a higher insecticidal activity against eggs and nymphs of B. tabaci. So, dinotefuranis was suitable for use in young whiteflies, which contributed to the control over the community of whiteflies and thus reduced the use of pesticides.
