解放军第一七五医院临床药学工作内容与成效分析

Working scope and efficiency analysis of clinical pharmacy in No.175 Hospital of PLA

目的:系统分析解放军第一七五医院临床药学常规工作内容和工作成效,为建立临床药学工作者绩效考核方案提供参考。方法:对本院临床药师开展的药事管理、药师门诊、药学会诊等工作内容进行总结,从合理用药指标完成情况、各工作项目数量、协助提高临床药物治疗水平等方面对临床药师的工作质量进行评价。结果:本院临床药师共开展十项符合本院实际的特色服务,各工作项目数量逐年上升,合理用药指标逐步达标,合理用药水平逐步提高。结论:本院临床药师常规工作内容已基本建立,但应进一步拓展药学服务的深度和广度,重点发展特色的药学技术服务项目。

Objective：To analyze systematically the routine work and working efficiency in clinical pharmacy in No.175 Hospital of PLA,so as to provide reference for establishing the performance assessment system of clinical pharmacists.Methods：A summary was made from the perspectives of pharmaceutical management,pharmacist outpatient service and pharmaceutical consultations by clinical pharmacists in the hospital,and assessment about the work quality of clinical pharmacists was also made in terms of rational drug use indicators,the number of work items and their efforts related with the improvement of clinical drug treatment.Results：Clinical pharmacists conducted a total of 10 special services according to the actual conditions of the hospital.The number of various work items increased year by year,the rational drug use indicators gradually met the standards,and the level of rational drug use was gradually improved.Conclusion：The routine work of clinical pharmacists in this hospital has been established,but the depth and breadth of pharmaceutical care should be further expanded,with emphasis on the development of special pharmaceutical care items.
