一例播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌感染合并肺结核治疗的临床实践 被引量：2

摘要 1临床资料男性,58岁,体重56kg,一个月前受凉后出现阵发性咳嗽,咳黄白痰,痰量多（100~200ml/d）,伴活动后气喘,期间伴两次发热,体温约38.5℃,经处理后体温降至正常。2017-05-03到当地医院就诊,入院痰培养及血培养示马尔尼菲青霉菌阳性,追问病史,病人发病前曾吃竹鼠。诊断：（1）播散性马尔尼菲青霉菌感染;（2）肺部感染。
