城市双修视野下乌兰浩特老城区街道体系优化策略

街道体系兼具城市交通和公共空间的双重职能,是城市空间的重要组成部分,如何优化街道体系也是当前存量背景下提升城市空间品质和活力的关键问题。文章基于城市双修视角,立足对老城区街道体系现状的解读,从街道交通、商业服务、街区活力三个方面深入剖析其空间特征和存在问题,进而提出相应的优化策略。在此基础上,文章以乌兰浩特老城区为研究对象,结合其现状窄街密网格局,提出了"重引‘街流’、交通先行,腾挪空间、‘静序’停车;人本布局、重塑街区,商业为带、链接生活;多元共生、空间共享,窄街密网、活力趣生"优化老城区街道体系的三大策略,为类似区域的老城区改造更新发展提供借鉴。

Street system has dual functions of transport and public space, and it is an important part of urban space. It is crucial to urban space quality and vitality improvement. From urban repair viewpoint, the paper analyzes the status quo of the street system of old districts, and their problems in transportation, business, vitality, and puts forwards improvement strategies. With the case of old district, Ulanhot city, the paper puts forwards three major strategies： redistributing transport flows with priority, relocation of space for parking; human first oriented layout for business development; diversified and sharing spaces, narrow street and dense network.
