针对当前社区民生设施规划存在的常见问题,文章提出可达性是设施配置的关键所在。在供需关系上,以网络分析为基础,考虑设施实际可服务范围,对传统缓冲服务区(半径圈)方法进行改进,并以珠海农贸市场专项规划为例,对所采用的方法进行了探讨,提出设施供应的建议。新增农贸市场可通过已落实选址、需协调选址、需更新提供与需租赁商铺4种方式加以实施。

With respect to the common problems of people＇s livelihood facilities planning, the paper argues accessibility is critical in the configuration of service facilities. Based on network analysis, the paper considers actual service radius by demand-supply relationship, improves traditional buffer service circle specification method, and applies the method in Zhuhai grocery market specialty planning. It discusses the method application and proposes facilities supply suggestions. Grocery markets shall be implemented by four types according to their location choice and rental need of stores.
