摘要
作为新一代信息技术,量子通信技术凭借在安全性方面的先天优势,受到国际社会广泛关注。经过多年努力,我国在量子通信技术研究和应用方面均达到世界领先水平,参与企业不断增多,已基本形成量子通信产业链。通过调查研究发现,我国在量子通信产业化方面还存在标准缺失、量子稳定性差以及配套建设成本高等诸多问题。通过文献资料研究和专家访谈等方式,文章从制度化保障、促进规模化发展和强化国际合作三方面,提出了我国量子通信产业化的对策建议,为我国量子通信产业化之路提供支撑。
As a new technology, quantum communication is widely concerned by the international communities for its advantages in security. By years of efforts, China now is in the leading level of the world on research and application of quantum communication. More and more enterprises are involved in the quantum communication industry chain. Even so, there are still many problems in the industrialization of quantum communication in China, such as criteria deficit, poor quantum stability and high cost of construction. Using the method of documentary investigation and expert's consultancies etc. this paper puts forward suggestions for the industrialization of quantum communication in China from the aspect of institutionalized guarantee, promoting scale development and strengthening international
