中药莪术中呋喃倍半萜的分离和结构测定

Isolation and Structure Determination of Furan Sesquiterpene from Chinese Traditional Herb Ezhu(Rhizome of Curcuma zedoaria Rosc.)

曾报道莪术二酮为中药莪术的一个主要组分,但我们发现广东产的莪术中不含莪术二酮,而含一呋喃倍半萜。它的结构和构型通过红外,紫外,质谱,核磁共振和园二色散谱的分析而得到肯定。

It has been reported that eurdione is a major component in Chinese traditional herb Ezhu. But no curdione was found in the herb Ezhu collected from Guangdong province, instead a furan sesquiterpene was isolated. Its strcture and configuration were determined by the analysis of IR, UV, MS, NMR and circular dichroism.
