改革开放后中国农民的阶层分化研究

Study on the Stratum Differentiation of Chinese Peasants after the Reform and Opening-up

改革开放四十年来,中国农民阶级内部结构发生了巨大变化,农民阶级实现了多元分化,形成当前的多阶层格局。农民阶层分化是形成合理社会结构的内在要求,也是实现农业农村现代化的必然选择。当前,中国农民阶层分化处于机遇与挑战并存的双重境地。因此,需要通过加强农村教育培训、提高农业劳动生产率,优化城镇化建设、加速第三产业发展和破除制度性障碍以疏通农民的阶层分化渠道等政策措施助推中国农民的阶层分化进程。

During the past forty years of reform and opening-up,the internal structure of Chinese peasants class haschanged dramatically. The peasant class has been divided into many different stratums at present. The stratum differentiationof the peasants is the inherent requirement of forming a reasonable social structure,and it is also the inevitable choice to re-alize the agriculture and rural modernization. At present,the stratum differentiation of Chinese peasants is in the dual cir-cumstances of both opportunities and challenges. Therefore,we need to strengthen rural education and training,improve ag-ricultural labor productivity,optimize urbanization,speed up the development of the third industry and eliminate institution-al barriers,dredge the channels of stratum differentiation of peasants,and other policies and measures to boost the stratumdifferentiation process of Chinese peasants.
