多机联网印染厂温度控制系统的研究 被引量:2

摘要 大型印染企业多采用传统的仪表和继电器组合、控制参数人为经验给定单机控制方案。这种控制方案会出现工艺水平差、工作效率低以及柔性差等问题。染色温度作为影响染色工艺的最重要因素之一。由于被控对象的不确定性,常规PID控制存在着调节时间长、易超调和超调后冷却时间长的问题。利用系统辨识的方法确定被控对象模型,使用分段PID的方法抑制温度的超调,降低了30%的调节时间,减少了因人为误操作对控制过程的影响。并针对现场分布区域广、台数多、染色程式多的单机控制式染色机,提出一种基于机联网的工业控制方式,将控制工艺在多个设备进行集中发布。形成了控制程式的实时预置与选择以及控制过程数据的记录与查询的多机联网控制系统。 At present,the large printing and dyeing enterprises adopt the traditional combination of instrument and relay and control parameter to give a single control scheme.This control program will appear poor process level,low efficiency and poor flexibility.Dyeing temperature is one of the most important factors affecting dyeing process.Due to the uncertainty of the controlled object,the conventional proportional integral derivative control has the problem of long adjustment time,easy overshoot and long cooling time.By using the system identification method to determine the controlled object model,the subsection PID method is used to suppress the overshoot of the temperature,reducing the adjustment time by 30%,and reducing the influence of human error operation on the control process.A kind of industrial control method based on machine networks is proposed to distribute the control technology in a number of devices.It forms the real-time preset and selection of the control program and the control system of the data of the control process.Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.
