2018年3月,全球最大的网络社交平台FACEBOOK承认,平台上至少5000万用户的个人数据遭到泄露,由一家专门为政党选举推送广告的公司获得并利用。平台对个人数据的泄露负有不可推卸的责任,它不该允许第三方APP获得大量个人数据,不该允许个人代替其好友决定向第三方开放个人信息,开放接口对用户个人信息保护不足,对大量个人数据的输出监管不力。平台应该在以下方面尽到隐私保护的责任:做好数据安全管理工作,做好第三方APP介入平台的资质审查工作,对第三方APP在平台上的活动进行有效监管,对第三方APP可以获取个人数据的种类进行限制,并在数据泄漏后采取有效的补救措施。

It was March,2018 when FACBOOK,the world＇s largest network of social networking platforms,has admitted that,on the platform,at least 50 million users＇personal data have been leaked,which have been obtained and used by a company——especially push ads for the political party election.It is obvious that FACBOOK should take the unshirkable responsibility for that：It should not allow the third party APP to obtain large amounts of personal data;it should not allow individuals to open their personal information to third parties instead of the decision of their friends;its open interface has insufficient protection of user personal information;and it has poor supervision of the output of a large number of personal data.So the platform should take the privacy protection responsibility in the following aspects：Do a good job of data security management;Do well in the qualification examination of the third party APP intervention platform;Effectively supervise the activities of the third party APP on the platform;The third party APP should be restricted to get the type of personal data and take effective remedies after the data leak.
