从2013年国发35号文件首次提出"积极推进医疗卫生与养老服务相结合"以来,医养结合愈演愈热。在2017年的十九大报告及2018年政府工作报告中,均再次提出要"推进医养结合"。为了深入践行医养结合,为老年人谋福祉,我们有必要对医养结合模式进行深入解析,正确理解其内涵及实现形式。

Since No.35 National Document first proposed ＂to actively promote medical-nursing combined aged care mode＂,this mode has become more and more prosperous.It was mentioned again in the report delivered at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 and also in the governmental report in 2018.To further implement the mode for the well-being of the elderly,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of this mode and accurately understand its connation as well as its realization form.
