道德需要是大学生成长发展必备的素质。培养道德需要不仅是可能的,也是必要的。从形成看,大学生道德需要是从理性到德性的发展过程;从发展看,大学生道德需要是从他律到自律的发展过程。道德需要的形成发展规律,决定了道德需要的培养是从德知到德行再到德性的完整过程。高校德育的当务之急,是确立以培养大学生道德需要为根本目的的德育理念,把德育视为由德知、德行和德性构成的有机整体,建立健全"知行合一"的德育模式。

Moral needs are associated with psychological quality necessary for the growth and development of college students, the cultivation of which is not only possible but also necessary. From the formative perspective, moral needs of college students will evolve from rationality to morality, while from the developmental perspective, they will need developing from heteronomy to autonomy or self-discipline.The formation and development of moral needs determines that the cultivation of moral needs is a complete process covering moral recognition to moral behavior, which will eventually lead to moral integrity. A pressing matter ofcollege moral educationat the moment is to establish a philosophical idea which will focus on the fundamental purpose of moral education and regards the moral education of moral behavior, moral integrity and moral integrity as an organic entity, so as to constitute a moral education mode in unity of knowledge and action.
