济源市众创空间建设与实践研究

Research on Space Construction and Practice of Mass Entrepreneurship in Jiyuan City

自2015年我国提出"大众创业、万众创新"以来,"双创"工作方兴未艾,全国各地按照国务院"双创"部署都在加快众创空间建设。由于众创空间在我国的发展时间不长,学界对众创空间发展的类型模式、运行机制、服务体系等方面研究还很不够。通过调研发现,济源市众创空间的发展起步较晚,规模较小,层次较低,类型单一,管理的专业性不足。济源市众创空间建设要根据国家相关政策,结合本地实际,加大投入,坚持高标准建设,点面结合、合理布局,成立众创空间联盟,实现持续盈利,加大"双创"人才培养,提高技术服务人员整体素质。

Since 2015,China has proposed mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the double creation work is in the ascendant. All parts of the country have accelerated the space construction of mass entrepreneurship in accordance with the double creation deployment of the State Council. Because it is new in China,the academic circles have not carried out enough research in type,operation mechanism and the service system. Through investigation,we found that the development of space construction of mass entrepreneurship in Jiyuan started late,with a smaller scale,a lower level,single type and a lack of professionalism in management. According to the relevant national policies and local realities,space construction of mass entrepreneurship in Jiyuan must increase investment,adhere to high standard construction,combine point and surface,set up a reasonable layout,set up a space construction alliance to realize continuous profit. The training of double creation talents must be increased,and the overall quality of the technical service personnel be improved.
