上海市某街道初中生对于伤害预防的认知与教育需求调查

Cognition and Education Needs Survey for Injury Prevention among Middle School Students in a Community in Shanghai

目的调查初中生对伤害预防的认知现状及对伤害预防教育的需求,为开展初中生伤害预防工作提供参考依据。方法采用以年级为单位的分层整群抽样方法,于2016年10月在上海市某街道抽取3所中学的初一和初二年级全部学生,采用自编问卷进行调查。问卷调查内容包括:人口学基本信息、初中生伤害相关认知和对伤害预防教育需求的情况。结果 64.7%的初中生认为自己的生活环境中存在伤害事故发生的潜在危险因素;19.0%的初中生认为初中是最容易发生伤害的年龄段;初中生认为最容易发生伤害的地方是马路/街道、商业区、校外运动场所、学校,百分比分别为91.6%、38.7%、29.2%、27.4%。88.7%的初中生认为参加安全教育很有必要。针对具体安全教育内容,48.4%初中生选择急救,45.7%选择饮食卫生与安全,32.9%选择体育活动安全,31.8%选择消防安全,27.6%选择交通安全。结论学生对伤害风险、伤害高发年龄及伤害高发地点的认知有待改善;在初中生中开展伤害预防教育很有必要。

Objective To provide the base for injury prevention among middle school students, perception on injuryprevention and needs for injury prevention education were investigated among middle school students. Methods Astratified cluster sampling was used to select students of the seventh and eighth grades from three middle schools in acommunity in Shanghai in October 2016. The questionnaire was self-designed, which covered basic demographicinformation, perception on injury prevention and needs for injury prevention education. Results 64.7% of the studentsbelieved that their living environment had potential risk factors of injury in. 19% of the students thought that they were atthe most vulnerable age group. The most common places for student injuries were reported as road/street, commercialareas, outdoor sports venues and school, respectively with proportions of 91.6%, 38.7%, 29.2% and 27.4%. 88.7% of thestudents answered that safety education was necessary. As for the most important contents of safety education, 48.4%, 45.7%, 32.9%, 31.8%t and 27.6% of students selected first-aid, food hygiene and safety, sports safety, fire safety and trafficsafety, respectively. Conclusions Students＇ perceptions on injury risk factors, high-risk age groups and locations need tobe improved, and it is necessary to carry out injury prevention education in middle school students.
