苏州市姑苏区居民2014—2016年非故意伤害死亡分析

Analysis on Unintentional Injury Deaths of Residents in Gusu District of Suzhou City from 2014 to 2016

目的了解苏州市姑苏区居民非故意伤害死亡的现状和特点,为相关部门制定卫生计划、预防措施提供科学依据。方法按照国际疾病分类法(ICD-10),对姑苏区居民2014—2016年的死亡资料进行非故意伤害死亡的筛选,进行非故意伤害死亡率、死亡构成比、死因顺位分析以及年龄、性别、职业、文化分布的分析。结果 2014—2016年姑苏区非故意伤害死亡占全部死因的4.46%,其中非故意伤害死亡前两顺位死因为非故意跌落和交通事故。老龄人口非故意跌落死亡率高,构成比大,离退休人员的非故意跌落死亡呈上升趋势(χ~2=11.193,P=0.004),交通事故的死亡率在三年里有所下降,但仍然是非故意伤害死亡的重要组成部分。结论非故意伤害死亡是姑苏区居民死亡的重要组成部分,其中老年人因非故意跌落死亡情况不容忽视。有关部门应加强对老年人的安全知识普及以及相关安全设施、便民设施的建立,减少老年人非故意跌落死亡。

Objective The study aimed to investigate the present situation and characteristics of the unintentional injury deaths of residents in Gusu district of Suzhou city, providing evidence for the related departments to develop health agendas and preventive measures. Methods Unintentional injury death data of resident between 2014 and 2016 were extracted according to ICD-10, Unintentional injurymortality, percentage and ranking of cause of deaths, differences across age group, gender, occupation and level of education were reported. Results Unintentional injury deaths constituted 4.46% of all causes deaths in Gusu district in the last three years. Of all unintentional injury deaths, the two leading causes of deaths were falls and traffic crashes. Old adults had the highest unintentional injury mortality and accounted for the majority of unintentional injury deaths.Unintentional fall mortality increased significantly among the retired people（χ2=11.193, P=0.004）. Traffic crash mortality declined slightly, but still remained as a major cause of unintentional injury deaths. Conclusions Unintentional injury deaths were an important contributor of all deaths of residents in Gusu district. High unintentional fall mortality merits the attention. Related governmental departments should improve the dissemination of safe knowledge and safety infrastructures to decrease deaths from unintentional falls among the elderly.
