老年人用药与跌倒关系的研究进展

The Relationship between Medication Use and Falls among the Elderly

药物因素是导致老年人跌倒的一个危险因素。本文对老年人用药与跌倒关系的研究进行了综述,探讨不同药物类别、给药途径、同服药物数量与跌倒的关系以及用药相关跌倒干预措施的研究进展。中枢神经药物、降压药、降糖药及镇痛剂等药物的使用,特别是静脉给药途径、或者同时服用多种药物,会增加老年人跌倒的风险。

Medication use is one of the risk factors for falls in the elderly. In this review, we summarized the researchprogress of the relationship between medication use and falls in the elderly. The researches on the association of fallswith different medications, the routes of drug administration, and drug combinations were discussed. And the progressin interventions of the drug-induced falls were also reviewed in this article. The use of drugs such as centrally actingmedications, antihypertensive drugs, hypoglycemic drugs and analgesic agents will increase the risk of falls in elderlypeople, especially when the drug is given intravenously or using multiple drugs at the same time.
