1例精神分裂症患者重复自杀行为的随访报告

A Follow-up Report of One Schizophrenia Patient with Repeated Suicidal Behavior

目的通过一例精神分裂症患者自杀未遂的转归情况随访,探讨其可能的原因并提出相关的对策与建议。方法该病例来源于山东省沂水县,其自杀未遂发生于2014年10月4日,后于2017年8月3日对其进行了随访调查。资料以面对面访谈形式进行收集,访谈内容主要包括一般人口学资料、自杀行为情况、负性生活事件、精神疾病情况和心理状况等。结果该病例于2016年11月22日再次出现自杀未遂;自杀未遂前精神和心理状况较差,有负性生活事件;目前存在短暂的自杀意念,对自杀意念的控制能力一般,需长期依靠药物来缓解精神分裂症症状。结论提高医务人员及患者家人对患者自杀行为的防范意识,关注患者心理状况,积极实施心理危机干预和心理疏导,这对保障精神分裂症患者的安全具有重要意义。

Objective Based on the follow-up outcome of one schizophrenia patient with suicidal behavior, this casereported aimed to explore the possible reasons of repeated suicidal behavior, and put forward relevant solutions andsuggestions. Methods This case came from Yishui County of Shandong province. The patient attempted suicide onOctober 4, 2014, and then was followed up on August 3, 2017. The data was collected by face-to-face interview. Theinterview mainly included general demographic information, suicidal behaviors, negative life events, psychiatricdisorders, and psychological status. Results This case repeated suicidal behavior on 22 November, 2016. Before thesuicidal behavior, the patient had a poor psychological and psychiatric condition, and had negative life events. Atpresent, the patient had short suicidal intention and normal control ability of suicidal intention and relies onmedicaments to alleviate psychotic symptoms for a long time. Conclusions Improving the medical staff and the familymembers＇ suicidal behavior prevention consciousness, paying attention to patients＇ psychological status, andactively implementing psychological crisis intervention and counseling measurements are of great significance toensure the safety of schizophrenia patients.
