误诊MELAS为病毒性脑炎1例报告并文献复习 被引量:2

摘要 线粒体脑肌病(mitochondrial encephalomyopathv,ME)是一组因线粒体DNA(mtDNA)或核DNA发生突变造成的线粒体结构及功能障碍,从而ATP生成不足导致能量代谢障碍,主要累及中枢神经系统和横纹肌。约80%的线粒体脑肌病伴有高乳酸血症及卒中样发作,即MELAS,是最为常见的一种类型,临床表现形式多种多样,易误诊为脑梗死、脑炎等。
