Judicial cadres and policemen must improve their working ability,which includes legal administration and law enforcement ability,ability to cope with complicated situation,mass work ability and social communication ability. They must also do judicial administration work well for the national security and social stability,for the promotion of a socialism country under the rule of law,and for the country＇s ＂Two Centenary Goals＂target and its rejuvenation.
