德育无位影响学校德育的实效性

摘要 随着中国与国际经济全球化的加快接轨,商品与价值规律主导下的市场经济带来的负面效应,也日益凸显,使学校德育的宏观环境处于消极欠佳的状态。很多高校"专业知识教育第一",加之当前社会就业压力巨大、工作和生存压力剧增等因素,影响着学校德育的实效性。针对此,必须加强德育的社会、学校环境建设,真正发挥德育在人才培养中的引领作用。 With the acceleration of China and international economic globalization,the negative effects of the market economy under the guidance of commodity and value laws are becoming increasingly prominent,and the macro environment of school moral education is in a negative state. In addition,many colleges follow the trend of " professional knowledge education first". To some extent,the importance of moral education in colleges has been neglected. In addition,the pressure from employment,work and living affects the effectiveness of moral education. In view of this,the construction of the environment of both the society and the school must be enhanced to play the full part of the leading role of moral education.
