摘要
采用水热合成法,将间苯二酚甲醛树脂涂覆在还原氧化石墨烯片层上,经冷冻干燥及炭化后构筑三维炭/还原氧化石墨烯纳米片。使用SEM、TEM、FTIR、XPS等对样品的形貌与结构进行表征,利用循环伏安、恒流充放电及电化学阻抗法测试了样品的电化学性能。结果表明,间苯二酚甲醛树脂成功将还原氧化石墨烯片包覆,二者构筑的三维炭/还原氧化石墨烯复合纳米片厚度为25nm;当循环伏安测试扫描速率为20mV/s时,三维炭/还原氧化石墨烯纳米片电极材料的比电容分别为还原氧化石墨烯与间苯二酚甲醛树脂炭电极材料相应值的1.8和2.8倍;在0.2A/g的充电电流密度下,三维炭/还原氧化石墨烯纳米片电极材料比电容为154.4F/g。
The resorcinol formaldehyde resin was coated on the sheets of reduced graphene oxide by hydrothermal reaction and then the three-dimensional carbon/reduced graphene oxide(CRGO)nanosheets were prepared after freeze drying and carbonization.The morphology and structure of the samples were characterized by SEM,TEM,FTIR,XPS,and so on.The electrochemical properties of the samples were investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV),galvanostatic charge-discharge(GCD)and electrochemical impedance spectra(EIS).The results show that the resorcinol formaldehyde resin is successfully coated on the reduced graphene oxide and the thickness of constructed nanosheet is about 25 nm.The specific capacities of CRGO nanosheets are nearly 1.8 and 2.8 times as high as that of the reduced graphene oxide and resorcinol formaldehyde resin based cabon at the scanning rate of 20 mv/s,respectively.The specific capacity of CRGO nanosheets reaches 154.4 F/g at a current density of 0.2 A/g.
