高职旅游类专业实施“二元制”人才培养模式探析

Discussion on the Present Situation of “Dual System” Talent Cultivation Model in Higher Vocational Tourism Specialty

近三年,福建省高职旅游类专业"二元制"人才培养机制在运行上尚存在概念理解不透、抓手不够明确、产教融合深度不够、运行机制不够健全等问题,当构建具有福建特色"二元制"人才培养模式新路径,以适应现代学徒制发展的新要求。

It is found that there remain some problems--the existing concepts in the operation of the ＂dual system＂ are not clear, the solutions are not clear enough, the depth of the integration of production and education is not enough, and the operating mechanism is not perfect on the training and operation of ＂dual system＂ talents in tourism specialty in Fujian province in the past three years. This paper puts forward a new way to construct the ＂dual system＂ talents training mode with Fujian characteristics, so as to meet the new requirements of modern apprenticeship system development.
