基于Solidworks的复杂叉架类、箱体类零件建模研究 被引量:1

摘要 零件建模是机械设计必要环节,而复杂叉架类、箱体类零件是机械零件中特征繁多、结构复杂、含有曲面和不对称结构的两类零件,建模难度大,准确度和效率低。以Solidworks为建模工具,针对叉架类和箱体类零件,以自行车后下架和某款蜗轮蜗杆减速器箱体为例,详细阐述了基于特征分解的分块建模方法,给出了规划建模路线。此建模方法和关键技术对于其他复杂零件的建模具有指导意义。 Parts modeling is an essential section of mechanical design. However, complex fork frame and box parts are two types parts, which have various features and complicated structure,such as curved surface and asymmetric structure. For these parts, it is difficult to precisely model and low efficiency to complete. The software Solidworks is taken as a tool to model complex fork frame and box parts. Bicycle shelf and worm gear reducer are taken for example. Block modeling is based on feature decomposition, and modeling routes are planned. Moreover, the modeling method and key technology, discussed in the process, has a guiding significance for modeling other complex parts.
