摘要
民族中等职业教育承担着为民族地区经济社会发展培养新型技术技能人才的重任。为了准确定位民族省区中等职业教育的发展水平,给国家和民族省区实施旨在加快发展民族中等职业教育的治理实践提供客观、有效的信息,研究构建了包含5个二级指标和12个三级指标在内的评价指标体系,根据该指标体系对民族八省区2015年的中职发展水平进行了统计测算和比较分析,并据此提出了相应的政策建议。
Secondary vocational education in ethnic minority areas shoulders the very important mission of cultivating
new technicians. To define the development of secondary vocational education exactly so as to provide objective and effective information for nation and minority nationality provinces, which can carry out the governance practice that aim to accelerate the development of secondary vocational education in ethnic minority areas, the research constructs an evaluation indicator system, including 5 second-level indicators and 12 third-level indicators.On the basis of the indicator system, the research compares the level of educational development of secondary vocational schools in 2014 in eight minority nationality provinces by statistically calculated, and provide the relevant policy advice.
