中等职业学校教师教学信念的现象描述分析

摘要 教学信念是教师个人对教学相关因素所持有的观念。研究表明,教学信念对教师的教学行为起直接指导作用,并影响学生学习效果。通过对21名中职教师进行访谈,运用现象描述分析法分析,发现中职教师的教学信念可以分为五种:传递知识型、训练技能型、建构知识型、发展能力型和转变态度型。五种教学信念依次从"内容中心"向"学生中心"排列。访谈对象中大部分职校教师的教学信念为知识传递型、训练技能型或发展能力型。教学信念研究有助于在教师培养和培训中有针对性地改变教师的信念,进而改变其教学方法和教学行为。 Teaching beliefs are teachers' personal beliefs about teaching related factors. Many studies have shown that teachers' beliefs play a direct guiding role in teachers' teaching behavior, and affect students' learning outcomes. By interviewing 21 teachers, with phenomenological approach analysis, the research finds that secondary vocational school teachers' teaching beliefs can be divided into five types: knowledge transmission, skills training, knowledge construction, ability enhancement and change of attitude. The five teaching beliefs are arranged from "content center" to "student center" in succession. Most of the secondary vocational teachers hold three kinds of teaching beliefs: knowledge transmission, skills training and ability enhancement. Teaching beliefs research helps to change teachers' beliefs and change their teaching methods and teaching behaviors in teacher training.
