社区教育发展演进中“立德树人”的内涵拓展与价值彰显

摘要 改革开放以来,社区教育经历了三种发展范式的演进,推动着社区教育不断调整自身组织结构、教育对象和作用机制,去满足社会发展对社区教育不断提出的新要求。在这一过程中,社区教育"立德树人"的内涵不断得到拓展,在"立德"层面实现了从青少年道德到终身道德再到公民道德的拓展,在"树人"层面实现了从未来的建设者和接班人到终身学习的人再到全面发展的社会公民的拓展。而社区教育"立德树人"价值的不断彰显将在纠正"去道德"倾向、促进人的城镇化、提升国家软实力等方面发挥重要作用。 The community education has experienced three stages of development since the reform and opening up, which makes community education adjust its organizational structure, education target and mechanism of action to meet the new requirements of the community education. During this process, the connotation of strengthening morality and cultivating people in community education has continued to be extended. As for strengthening morality education, the extension from the youth morality education to a lifelong moral ethics and then to civic virtues has been realized. As for cultivating people, the extension from educating future builders and successors lifelong learners and then to all-round development of society citizens has been reached. The community education of strengthening morality has been continually demonstrated, which will play an important role in correcting the weakening moral tendency, promoting urbanization of people and improving national soft power.
