摘要
英国青年学徒制项目创立于2004年,旨在为14到16岁的青少年提供在特定职业领域学习知识和技能的机会,并且让学生在学习过程中获得相关的职业技能资格。作为英国历史上普通基础教育与职业教育衔接的主要模式,青年学徒制项目可以为14-16岁的青少年进入职业领域打下坚实基础,方便青少年的择业、就业,也为青少年16岁以后的继续学习提供了清晰可行的进修路线。青年学徒制项目在英国的普职衔接过程中发挥了极大的作用,为英国的劳动力市场提供了大量的优秀技能人才,也为适龄的青少年进入职场或继续学习打下了坚实的基础。但在青年学徒制项目实施过程中,也存在一些问题,因此,需要批判性地借鉴。
Established in 2004, Young Apprenticeship (YA) Program in UK provides 14- 16 year olds with
opportunity to learn knowledge and skills in specific occupations, as well as helps students achieve a relevant qualification. As the typical expression of linking the general education and the vocational education in UK,YA program lays a solid foundation for young people to enter their careers, makes the choice of employment convenient and provides a clear and progressive route for the young after 16 years old. The YA program played an important role in linking the general education and vocational education, supplying a large number excellent skilled talents for the labor market, laying a solid foundation for the young aged 14 to 16 to enter the market or continue their education. However, due to some problems in the process of implementing the YA program,it should be learnt critically.
