Reform and Practice of Modern Apprenticeship Training Mode Based on Deep Integration of Production and Education

现代学徒制是将传统学徒培训与现代学校教育相结合的一种职业教育制度。江苏农牧科技职业学院动物药学专业从体制机制创新、实施路径探索和保障条件建设等三个层面,进行了基于产教深度融合的现代学徒制人才培养模式改革与实践,实现了校企协同育人。

The modern apprenticeship is a vocational education system which combines the traditional apprenticeship training with the modern school education. Jiangsu Agri-animal husbandry Vocational College has carried out the reform and practice of modern apprenticeship training mode based on deep integration of production and education from three aspects： the innovation of mechanism, the exploration of the implementation path and the construction of supporting conditions. Cooperation on talent cultivation between the school and enterprises has been realized.
