摘要
人才培养应该基于产业驱动,不同地区的产业结构与发展水平,要求有不同的人才培养模式与之相适应。现代学徒制的试点与推进同样需要结合本地区产业发展态势,实现本土化发展。当前,现代学徒制的施行遇到了一些难点问题,成为继续推进现代学徒制教育改革的瓶颈。突破这些难点问题,需要各方优先联系本地区产业发展实际,在创新理论实践、构建制度体系、选定现代师徒、开发企业课程、实施多元评价和提供平台服务等具体环节上集体行动,以增强现代学徒制施行的可行性和可操作性,推动现代学徒制本土化发展。
The talent cultivation should be driven by the industry. Specific talent cultivation modes should be adapted to the local industrial structure and development. The piloting, execution and further advancement of the modern apprenticeship should also be based on the development trend of the local industry and be localized. Currently, some key issues emerge as the bottleneck of the education reform on the advancement of the modern apprenticeship during the implementation. To achieve a breakthrough, it is essential that all the related parties jointly consider the status quo of the local industry development, and coordinate the innovation of theory and practice, construction of system, selection of apprenticeship, development of industrial courses, implementation of diversified evaluation and platform service, which can help to enhance the feasibility, practicability and localization of the modern apprenticeship.
