摘要
产教融合、校企合作是提高教育教学质量的重要途径和实现手段,但现实中的校企合作有许多不尽人意之处,在目的、理念、设施、管理等方面存在差异,从"寄予厚望"到"状况百出",从"美好愿景"到"不可调和"。为此,校企合作要转变观念,要从单方面的"借鸡生蛋"思维向"互惠共赢"理念转变,在深度与广度上下功夫,在合作对接、课程设置、教师培养、实训基地建设及学生职业情感培养等多方面不断加强,提高校企合作的针对性、有效性。
The integration of production and education and school-enterprise cooperation are important ways to improve the quality of education. However, there are many unsatisfactory aspects of school-enterprise cooperation in reality, such as the differences in goals, ideas, facilities and management, which resulting in the irreconcilable relationship. Therefore, the concepts of school-enterprise cooperation should be changed from the unilateral gaining idea to"win-win"concept. Various work should be strengthened in cooperation and docking, curriculum setting, teacher training, training base construction and students' professional emotion training, so as to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of school enterprise cooperation.
