基于民族融合的新疆少数民族大学生思想政治教育途径探索

少数民族大学生思想政治教育的实效性一直是新疆高校思想政治教育工作的难点问题,本文分析了少数民族大学生的思想特征,提出民族融合可以有效提升少数民族大学生思想政治教育的实效性,并探索其实现途径:将思想政治教育与专业教育相结合,继续实行各民族合班教学;实行各民族混合住宿;开展民族文化交流活动;加强少数民族学生心理健康教育。

The effectiveness of ideological and political education of minority college students has always been a difficult issue in ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities.This article analyzes the ideological characteristics of minority students and suggests that the integration of minority students and Han students can effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education for minority students,and explore the way to achieve,this is to combine ideological and political education with professional education,continue to implement the integrated education of minority and Han,carry out the common residence of minority and Han students,carry out cultural exchange activities among minorities,and strengthen the education of mental health of minority students.
