新疆生产建设兵团职业教育发展史述略

A Brief History on the Development of Vocational Education in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps

在探索建立兵团特色现代职业教育体系的过程中,需要厘清兵团职业教育发展的脉络轨迹,以史为鉴。本文梳理和总结了兵团职业教育1954年兵团成立前后的初创时期、1955～1964年的大发展时期、1966～1981严重受挫时期、1982～1996年的改革发展时期和1997年至今的跨越式发展时期五个阶段的发展历程,以期为当前兵团职业教育改革与发展提供历史依据。

In the process of exploring the characteristics in modern vocational education system of XPCC,it is necessary to clarify the trajectory of the development of XPCC vocational education and take history as a mirror.This paper sorts out and summarizes the five historical development stages of the XPCC vocational education that is before and after the establishment of the XPCC in 1954,the great development period of 1955-1964,the severe destruction period of 1966-1981,the reform and development period of 1982-1996,and the leap-forward development from 1997 to the present.It hopes to provide historical basis for the current reform and development of XPCC vocational education.
