摘要
香港浸会大学、岭南大学、东吴大学、东海大学是港台地区著名的教会大学,它们继承和发展了中国近代教会大学的办学理念。通过对四所大学关于办学理念的文本进行实证分析,发现它们在自我定位、办学目标、发展策略和毕业生标准等方面存在着差异和共性,造成这种差异和共性的原因主要有外部政策环境、办学经费来源、社会文化环境、基督教和办学历史等影响因素。
Hong Kong Baptist University,Lingnan University,Soochow University and Tunghai University are famous Christian universities in Hong Kong and Taiwan.They inherit and develop the school-running idea of modern Chinese Christian universities.Through a textual analysis of school-running idea in four universities,the results shows that there are existing similarities and differences in their self-orientation,educational objectives,development strategies,and graduate standards.The main reasons for this difference and similarity are the external policy environment,school funding sources,social culture environment,Christianity and school history.
