基于熵权与灰色关联法的研究生科研能力评价模型

Evaluation Model of Postgraduate Students' Scientific Research Ability Based on Entropy Weight and Grey Relational Method

研究生是新时代下创新型国家的重要支撑力量,科研能力的评价成为研究生培养质量的关键指标。为研究评价研究生科研能力的方法,在综合比较相关评价方法基础上,构建研究生科研能力评价指标体系,采用灰色关联度评价方法和熵权法相结合的方法建立了研究生科研能力评价模型,通过对某高校研究生的科研能力问卷实例分析,获得了该校研究生的科研能力状况。结果表明:研究生的科研能力在社会实践领域表现最优,通过实例分析验证了该模型的有效性,该模型为研究生的培养提供了参考。

Postgraduate students are the important support force of the innovative country in the new era,and the evaluation of scientific research ability is the key indicator of the quality of postgraduate training.In order to explore postgraduate students＇ research ability evaluation,based on the comprehensive comparative evaluation method,the research construct the evaluation index system of scientific research ability.The evaluation model of postgraduates＇ scientific research ability was established by the combination of grey relational method and entropy weight method.Through the analysis of a sample of postgraduates＇ scientific research abilities in a certain university,the postgraduates＇ scientific research capabilities were obtained..The results show that the research ability of postgraduate students is the best in the field of social practice.The effectiveness of the model is verified by case analysis,which provides a reference for postgraduate training.
