LiH(LiD,LiT)基软x射线多层膜的设计

摘要 利用Livermore实验室提供的软x射线多层膜设计程序,首次计算了含有U和Li H(Li D、Li T)核材料的软x射线多层膜在不同中心波长处的反射率。设计结果显示,在22.7nm波长处,Li H(Li D、Li T)基多层膜给出了特征反射峰值,说明在大于20nm波段,Li H、Li D和Li T材料是理想的间隔层材料。 Reflectivity of soft x-ray multilayers with U and LiH(LiD,LiT) nuclear material in different center reflectance wavelength is firstly calculated by the soft x-ray multilayer design process provided by the Livermore Laboratory. The results show that LiH(LiD,LiT)-based multilayers have characteristics of reflection peak at 22. 7 nm. It demonstrates that LiH,LiD and LiT are ideal spacing layer materials when soft x-ray is longer than 20 nm.
