摘要
本文突破设计学科和认知学科的单一视角,站在体验研究的视角考察了产品、环境与人之间的互动关系,提出了由"赋予""说明"和"满足"共同组成的三重结构模型。并运用该模型具体分析了在三维度变量影响下的产品体验优化设计方法。呼吁促成设计学科、认知学科在体验视角下的相互理解,从而更好地开展跨学科协同工作。
This article discusses the interaction relations between the product、 environment and human from the perspective of experience, instead of the design discipline or cognitive science. I suggest the research framework that includes three axes for evaluating the human–product experience: affording、specifying and satisfying. It calls for the mutual understanding between the two disciplines, so as to carry out interdisciplinary research.
