摘要 叶片生产过程中,腹板是制备风力发电机组复合材料风轮叶片的主要部件。腹板是采用胶粘剂直接粘接于叶片壳体上,腹板粘接面由主粘面和辅粘面组成,主粘接面采用腹板模具法兰边制作,辅粘接面的制作有多种方法,目前多采用直接胶粘剂粘接于腹板上或采用挡板手糊制作,其粘接位置及粘接角度的准确性难以保证,且在环境的影响下,产品质量难以保证。 during the process of blade production, the web is the main component of wind turbine blades made from composite materials of wind turbine. The web is directly bonded to the leaf shell by adhesive. The web adhesive surface consists of the main adhesive surface and the adhesive surface. The main adhesive surface is made of the flange edge of the web mold. There are many methods for the production of the adhesive surface. At present, direct adhesives are used to adhere to the web or to make it with baffle paste. The accuracy of the adhesive position and adhesive angle is difficult to guarantee, and under the influence of the environment, the product quality is difficult to guarantee.
