基于汽车减振设计的主减速器齿轮多体动力学仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 主减速器齿轮是汽车传动系扭振与车身振动的重要耦合途径,在仿真研究中,主减速器齿轮的准确仿真结果能够为后续的振动分析提供可靠的数据支撑。本文对汽车主减速器齿轮的刚、柔多体动力学模型进行了仿真计算,得到齿轮啮合力,并与理论计算结果进行对比分析,结果发现柔性体齿轮模型的仿真结果与理论计算结果更为接近,误差更小,能够正确地反应准双曲面齿轮工作中齿轮啮合力的实际变化情况,能够为汽车振动噪声的深入研究提供参考。 The automobile main reducer gear is the important coupling way of torsional vibration of the vehicle driveline and body vibration. In the simulation study, the accurate results of the main reducer gear can provide reliable data support for the subsequent vibration analysis. The rigid and flexible multi-body dynamics models of reducer gears were calculated by dynamics simulation, and the gear meshing force was obtained. The results were compared with the theoretical calculation ones. It was found that the simulation results of flexible gear model are closer to the theoretical one. The error is smaller and it can correctly reflect the actual change of the meshing forcein hypoid gear's working state, which can provide reference for indepth study of the vehicle vibration.
