摘要
科技进步与创新是我国经济和社会发展的强大动力,科技创新的水平在很大程度上决定着知识产权产品的数量与质量。基于我国2009-2015年31个省市自治区有关知识产权产品及人均GDP的横截面数据,分析知识产权产品数量与质量水平的提高对我国经济增长的影响。首先进行因子分析,发现中国各地区知识产权产品数量水平差异较大,呈现出由东南沿海向西部内陆地区、由南向北逐步递减的趋势。然后进行横截面数据多元回归分析,逐步剔除不显著的变量,发现R&D人员数与R&D课题数对我国人均GDP的增长具有较为显著的正向作用。因此,知识产权产品数量与质量水平的提高对我国各地区经济增长具有一定的促进作用。
The progress and innovation of science and technology is a powerful driving force for China's economic and social development. The level of science and technology innovation largely determines the quantity and quality of intellectual property products.Based on our country's 31 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in 2009-2015 about intellectual property products and cross section data of per capita GDP, analysis of intellectual property products quantity and quality level of impact on economic growth of our country.First has carried on the factor analysis, found that the number of regional intellectual property products level difference is very big, shows the southeast coast to the west from inland areas, by the north south direction gradually decreasing trend.Then, the multivariate regression analysis of cross-section data was carried out, and the insignificant variables were gradually eliminated. It was found that the number of RD personnel and the number of RD subjects had a significant positive effect on the growth of China's per capita GDP.Therefore, the improvement of the quantity and quality of intellectual property products will promote the economic growth of various regions in China.
