高效液相色谱法测定清热解毒分散片中绿原酸含量

Content Determination of Chlorogenic Acid in Qingre Jiedu Dispersible Tablets

目的建立测定清热解毒分散片中绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent SB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.4%磷酸(10∶90),流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为327 nm。结果绿原酸进样量在0.14~0.98μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n=6),平均回收率为97.71%,RSD为1.37%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、结果准确、重复性好,可用作清热解毒分散片的质量控制方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of chlorogenic acid in Qingre Jiedu Dispersible Tablets.Methods The Agilent SB-C18 column（ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm） was adopted with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 4 %phosphoric acid（ 10 ∶ 90）, the flow rate was 1 m L/min, and the detection wavelength was 327 nm. Results Chlorogenic acid showed the linear relationship within the range of 0. 14-0. 98 μg, r = 0. 9999（ n = 6）,the average recovery was 97. 71%, RSD = 1. 37%（ n = 6）.Conclusion The method is simple, specific, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Qingre Jiedu Dis persible Tablets.
