肩舒汤加活血消炎膏联合综合护理干预治疗肩关节周围炎36例观察

Clinical Observation on Jianshu Decoction and Huoxue Xiaoyan Ointment Combined with Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis in 36 Cases

目的观察肩舒汤加活血消炎膏联合综合护理干预治疗肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的临床疗效。方法选取医院筋伤病区2015年11月至2017年6月收治的肩周炎患者72例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组患者采用内服布洛芬缓释胶囊加外涂依托芬那酯凝胶及常规护理,观察组患者采用内服肩舒汤加外敷活血膏加止痛消炎膏并联合综合护理干预。两组患者均治疗21 d。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.22%,优于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肩关节Constant Murley评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.45%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。结论肩舒汤加活血消炎膏联合综合护理干预治疗肩周炎,可提高临床疗效,改善肩关节功能,减轻疼痛,提升患者护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianshu Decoction and Huoxue Xiaoyan Ointment combined with comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Totally 72 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis admitted to injury of tendon and muscle ward in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules and Etofenamate Gel combined with conventional nursing,while the observation group was treated with Jianshu Decoction and Huoxue Xiaoyan Ointment combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The two groups were treated for 21 d. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was97. 22%, which was significantly higher than 77. 78% of the control group（ P 0. 05）. After treatment, the scores of Constant Murley in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P 0. 05）. The score of VAS in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（ P 0. 05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94. 45%,which was significantly higher than 75. 00% of the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Jianshu Decoction and Huoxue Xiaoyan Ointment combined with comprehensive nursing intervention can improve clinical efficacy,improve shoulder function, relieve pain and improve satisfaction of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
