类瘤样嗜酸性膀胱炎1例报告并文献复习

Diagnosis and treatment of pseudotumoral eosinophilic cystitis

目的探讨嗜酸性膀胱炎的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析1例嗜酸性膀胱炎患者的临床资料,并结合文献复习予以讨论。患者主要表现为耻骨上疼痛,尿频、排尿灼痛感。结果予以膀胱部分切除术,术后病理诊断为嗜酸性膀胱炎。随访半年无复发。结论嗜酸性膀胱炎是罕见炎症性疾病。仅膀胱镜检及病理活检可确诊。药物治疗是首选方案,必要时行手术治疗。预后尚可,仍需定期随访。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of eosinophilic cystitis（EC）. Methods The clinical data of 1 EC case were retrospectively analyzed and relevant literature was reviewed.The main manifestations of the patient were suprapubic pain,frequent micturition and a burning sense during urination. Results After partial cystectomy,the pathological results indicated EC.No recurrence was observed half a year after operation. Conclusion EC is a rare inflammatory disease which can only be confirmed with cystoscopy and pathological biopsy.Drug therapy is the first choice and surgical treatment is also necessary.ES has good prognosis but needs long-term follow-up.
