世界女子体操发展特征及我国备战东京奥运会策略

The Development Characteristics of Women's Gymnastics and the Strategy of Preparing for Tokyo Olympic Games in China

通过文献资料、专家访谈法、数理统计等研究方法,以2013-2017年世锦赛及2016年奥运会女子体操比赛录像为观察统计对象,从成套动作编排与完成、训练与比赛及竞争格局等方面对当今世界女子体操发展特征进行深入分析。结果显示:1)难度、质量与稳定三要素并存为女子体操发展的主旋律;2)凸显艺术表现,展示女性之美成为动作编排及完成的核心导向;3)引入高科技设备,预防赛前伤病成为未来女子体操训练与比赛的发展方向;4)"体操小国"奋起直追,世界女子体操呈现"百花齐放"的竞争格局。对此,提出相关建议,为我国体操女队备战东京奥运会提供点滴参考。

Through literature,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and other methods,this paper uses 2013-2017 Championships and the 2016 Olympic women＇s gymnastics competition as the survey object,and makes in-depth analysis of the world women＇s gymnastics development from the views of complete choreography and completion,training and competition,as well as competition landscape. The results show that： 1） the coexistence of difficulty,quality and stability is the theme of female gymnastics development; 2） how to get prominent artistic expression and show the beauty of women have become the core orientation of choreography and complete; 3）injury prevention and the introduction of high-tech equipment are the future direction of development of women＇s gymnastics training and competition; 4） small countries are making greater efforts,which makes world women＇s gymnastic more and more competitive. Therefore,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions to provide references for China gymnastics team preparing for the Tokyo Olympic Games.
