国际跳远训练理念对我国的启示

摘要 采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和专家访谈法,分析国外跳远运动员训练理论与方法。结果显示:(1)注意监控运动员在训练中肌纤维收缩速度,记录助跑节奏和助跑步幅的变化,根据数据调整训练计划;(2)训练方法上采用重复训练法来练习助跑节奏,运动员既可以提高绝对速度的同时也可以增加对助跑节奏的理解和掌握;(3)在训练中加大专项力量、肌腱柔韧的练习;(4)跳远运动员在身体素质、技术风格上各不相同,应根据不同运动员体质和风格充分发挥个人技术特点,提高训练效率。 By using the methods of literature,logical analysis and expert interview,this paper analyzes the training theory and method of foreign long jumpers. The results shows that( 1) to monitor athletes in training muscle fiber contraction speed,record the changes of rhythm and run-up stride,and adjust the training plan according to the data;( 2) by using repetitive training methods for rhythm practice,athletes can not only improve their absolute speed,but also increase the understanding and master of rhythm;( 3) to increase sport specific strength training and tendon flexible practice;( 4) the long jumpers are different in body fitness and skill styles,So training efficiency should be improved Through the fitness differences and style differences to make them perform better.
