摘要
为贯彻落实《"健康中国2030"规划纲要》中"加大学校健康教育力度""推进学校健康教育机制"的要求,促进学校健康教育及武术教师专业发展,本论文通过查阅大量文献,运用理论分析、对比的方法对健康教育概念剖析,对国内外健康教育与体育课程结合状况作出比较,并分析我国武术教师的现状和存在问题,最后在基于健康教育理论的指导下对我国武术教师的专业发展提出了合理的建议。以此提升对健康教育理念的认识,进一步促进武术教师的专业发展。
In order to thoroughly complement the commands of Healthy China 2030,that is,strengthening the intensity of school health education and promoting school health education mechanism,as well as to improve professional development of Wushu teachers. This paper puts forward rational suggestions about the development of Wushu teachers by reading lots of documents,analyzing the notion of health education with the methods of theoretical analysis and antitheses, comparing the connection of health education and physical education curriculums between home and abroad,analyzing the resarch status of health and problems,as well as applying some theories of health. The purpose of this paper lies in raising the awareness of health education,and promoting the professional development of martial art teachers.
