理想体育教师特征研究——基于武汉市洪山区中小学调查数据的分析

摘要 本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法,依照理想体育教师的基本素质要求,对武汉市洪山区具有代表性的洪山高中、卓刀泉中学、华师附小等十二所中小学的240名学生进行了问卷调查,研究学生心目中的理想体育教师。经分析,概括出了学生心目中理想体育教师特征的七个方面的基本情况,分别是体育教师性别、年龄、身体素质、着装、素养、教学和师生关系。同时对小学、初中、高中学生心目中理想体育教师在这七个方面的差异进行了比较,得出了理想体育教师应具备的特征,为体育教师的培养及自我提高提供了参考价值。 This paper uses methods of literature,questionnaire,data statistics and so on,in accordance with the basic quality requirements of ideal physical education teachers,to make a questionnaire survey for 240 students in12 middle schools and primary schools at Hongshan District of Wuhan City represented by Hongshan High School,Zhuodaoquan Middle School,Affiliated Middle school of central China normal University. From the students view,seven aspects of ideal physical education teachers are concluded such as gender,age,body fitness,wearing,accomplishment,teaching,and that relationship between teachers and students. Meanwhile,the differences in these 7 aspects Ffrom the view of primary school students,middle school student and high school students are compared to conclude the characteristics of ideal sport teachers. The aim is to offer valuable references for the cultivation and self-improvement of physical education teachers.
