摘要
目的:探讨百合对耐力训练大鼠力竭运动后心肌、肝脏抗氧化作用的影响,为百合作为运动营养补剂提供理论依据。方法:选取32只大鼠,随机分为安静组、安静力竭组、运动力竭组、百合力竭组;运动力竭组与百合力竭组进行6周大强度跑台训练;同时百合力竭组每天灌胃3ml百合提取物的水溶液,最后一次训练力竭后区心肌和肝脏组织并进行样本处理。内容:通过建立耐力训练大鼠模型测定运动大鼠力竭运动后心肌和肝脏各组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(TAOC)等指标。结论:百合可明显提高大鼠心肌和肝脏在大强度耐力运动中的抗脂质过氧化和清除自由基的能力,提高了大鼠大强度耐力运动的运动时间。
Purpose: to discuss the influence of Lily on myocardium and liver antioxidation of big rats' after endurance training exhaustion,the aim is to offer theoretical evidence for Lily used as sports nutrition supplement.Methods: to select 32 rats and divide them into silent group,silent exhaustion group,sport exhaustion group,and Lily exhaustion group. Sport exhaustion group and Lily exhaustion group are trained with heavy load treadmill for 6 weeks,at the same time,lily exhaustion group are gavage with3 ml of water solution of Lily extract,and after the last training,myocardium and liver sample are collected. Content: establishing big tars' endurance training model to test the indicators including SOD,MDA,CAT,T-AOC after exhaustion training. Conclusion: Lily could improve the ability of anti lipid peroxidation and scavenging of free radical of rats' myocardium and liver in heavy load endurance training,which will increase the maximum intensity endurance training time.
