摘要
以粉煤灰和玻璃粉为主要原料,分别以二氧化钛、氧化铁、磷酸三钠、磷酸三钾、硼酸为稳泡剂制备泡沫玻璃,并对制品的力学性能、表观密度、孔隙率、孔径分布、平均孔径、导热系数进行了测定,研究探讨了稳泡剂种类及掺量对粉煤灰泡沫玻璃物理性能的影响。实验结果表明,磷酸三钠为稳泡剂时,材料的表观密度最低可达0.212 g/cm^3,导热系数的最低可达0.0499 W/(m·K),孔径大小适中,分布均匀,是制备粉煤灰泡沫玻璃较为合适的稳泡剂。
Fly ash foam glass was prepared using fy ash and foam glass powder as the main raw materials, and TiO2, Fe2O3, Na3PO4, K3PO4, and H3BO3 respectively as th foam stabilizer. The mechanical properties, apparent density, porosity, pore size distribution, average pore diameter and coeffcient of thermal conductivity of the fy ash foam glass were determined. The effects of different foam stabilizing agent types and dosages on physical properties of fy ash foam glass were studied. Results showed that when Na3PO4 was used as a foam stabilizing agent, the minimum apparent density of fy ash foam glass was 0.212 g/cm3, the minimum thermal conductivity was up to 0.0499 W/(m·K). The aperture sizes were well and uniformly distributed. So Na3PO4 is a more suitable stabilizing agent for the preparation of the fy ash foam glass.
